Girard Place Apartments is a 15-unit independent living apartment complex designed to serve chronically mentally ill and formerly homeless individuals with developmental disabilities. The project provides stable, supportive housing that promotes independence while accommodating a wide range of physical, sensory, and mobility needs.

The development includes twelve standard one-bedroom apartments, one fully handicapped-accessible one-bedroom unit, one unit designed for residents with hearing and visual impairments, and one two-bedroom apartment for the on-site manager. Shared building amenities include a multi-use community space, a manager’s office, laundry facilities, a kitchen area, a centralized mailbox area.
