The new office building for the Castle Pines Homeowners Association consists of a two-story office building with a walk-out lower level.  It houses the new offices for the Castle Pines Homes Association and their Security Division, and a large community meeting room on the lower level.
The building is oriented on the site to create a “gateway” for the homes in Castle Pines Village and also to take advantage of the beautiful mountain scenery to the west.  Great care was taken in the architecture of the building as well as the material selected for the exterior of the building and the plant materials on the property to respect the surrounding neighborhood.
