The Castle Pines Metropolitan District office and maintenance facility was designed to respect the scale of the adjacent residential community. The design of the facility also uses materials such as stucco and clay tile roofs to blend into the neighborhood.  The complex is built into the natural terrain of the land, uses a landscape design that complements the natural vegetation found on the property.
