The new Immaculate Conception Catholic Church project is sited on approximately 11 acres of ground in the Cabrini Gardens Subdivision in Lafayette. The siting of the building takes maximum advantage of the views of the Front Range as well as allows the church to be very visible from the major arterial streets in the area.

The church is planned to be built in several phases. The completed first phase of the project contains a new worship area to seat 500 people, a new narthex area, a Social Hall, new church offices and religious education rooms.
