Eidos completed a comprehensive renovation of the 36-unit Manzanita Gardens Apartments, revitalizing the 1985-built community and enhancing long-term performance across the 2.55-acre site.

The project modernized all units to meet current life safety and energy-efficiency standards while upgrading interior and exterior finishes throughout the property. Multiple units were converted to fully accessible residences, including accommodations for mobility, sight, and hearing impairments.

A new community building was also added, featuring updated management offices, laundry facilities, and a 1,000-square-foot community room designed to support resident programs, education, and social engagement.

The renovation significantly improved accessibility, sustainability, and overall quality of life for residents while strengthening the property’s long-term value.
