The new Re-Imagined Montbello High School is being built utilizing a complex phasing plan to allow students to occupy portions of the existing school while the new school is constructed. The design vision was developed around the Montbello mantra, TRUTH, HONOR, RESPECT and DIGNITY. It is a vibrant, modern learning environment that honors the rich legacy of the Montbello Community. The school also features a suite of classrooms for the special education program and CTE ready spaces.

Eidos in collaboration with EUA is employing a variety of tools to navigate the current construction market, including extensive exploration of building systems with the CM/GC throughout the entire design process. This constant collaboration allows us to select the best systems for functionality and sustainability while considering the current material supply chain challenges. Our cooperative approach with the Owner and CM/GC allows us pivot when necessary to accommodate the budget, schedule and design vision.
