The VOA 202 Elderly Housing Project in Montrose, Colorado provides 30 one-bedroom affordable senior housing units along with a two-bedroom manager’s residence. The three-story building is thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding residential neighborhood and to be fully accessible for residents with physical disabilities. Community amenities include a multi-use lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities, and dedicated lobby and office spaces that support both comfort and functionality. As part of the project’s overall master plan, Eidos Architects also designed a second building to be constructed adjacent to the initial phase, allowing for future expansion of the housing complex.
