At the Wedgewood Apartment Complex, three residential buildings were renovated to enhance the living experience for residents. Exterior improvements included new windows, upgraded stair systems, re-coated stucco, and added attic insulation to improve durability and energy efficiency.

Inside, modern finishes replaced outdated materials, with new cabinets, interior doors, and hardware throughout. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were fully updated with energy-saving technologies. The project also created three accessible units and added a new office and laundry building for greater convenience.

Site upgrades included refreshed parking areas, sidewalks, carports, and sustainable landscaping. Completed in 2023, this renovation reflects a commitment to modern, inclusive, and sustainable affordable housing.
