75 years ago, the City of Aurora established its own water department as part of a long history of providing reliable and safe water services for the community. Today, Eidos is celebrating our latest collaboration with Aurora Water to create their new home at the Southeast Aurora Maintenance (SEAM) Campus. Working alongside City staff for over 5 years, we are thrilled to see the occupancy of the facility that supports over 400 staff. The result is a 40-acre campus encompassing a total of 336,000 square feet constructed by Saunders Construction. The new buildings provide much needed, dedicated space for the operations and maintenance of this essential community service.
